Cindy Rebmann has over three decades of experience with faith-based nonprofit organizations primarily in the education and human service sectors in San Antonio, Texas. Cindy’s expertise is helping nonprofit organizations accomplish their mission and vision while staying true to their values. Her experience includes staff development and training, strategic planning, organization design, transformation, efficiency, and leadership development. She believes that the heart of the successful steward leader must align with the values of the organization and its vision for the future.

Cindy received her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University. She earned her M.Ed. in Human Resource Education and Human Services from Boston University. Cindy is currently employed by San Antonio Christian School where she enjoys helping students, faculty, and staff prepare future leaders. Cindy finds joy in spending time with family, traveling whenever possible, and binge-watching British crime dramas.
