Kathy MacNaughton believes service is the rent we pay for our space on earth. Engagement is key to identifying individual responsibilities that can strengthen our community. The development of meaningful partnerships between altruistic individuals, businesses, and foundations and nonprofit / civic organizations creates a wealth of opportunities to fulfill critical missions in our diverse community.
Kathy worked in the nonprofit philanthropic profession for 30+ years, helping organizations build donor-centered development practices. As Executive Director of the Masters Leadership Program from 2013 until her retirement in 2021, Kathy leveraged that experience by matching nonprofit agencies with proven leaders passionate about serving their community through volunteer board leadership.
Retirement has not diminished Kathy’s passion for giving back. She continues to serve on nonprofit boards, share her professional experience, and invite others to join her in local philanthropy, a life-enhancing experience.
